Key responsibilities:
• Work effectively as Admissions and Marketing Manager in order to achieve Growth Target
• Effectively manage the Admissions’ Officers so that the Admissions Policy is fully and effectively adhered to
• Provide a high-quality customer service to prospective parents, students and any other visitors to the Admissions Office
• Maintain the School Management System for prospective parent and students’ records
• Maintain the tracking sheets – Non-enrolment, Nationalities, New student record, Cohort numbers, Class and Year Data, Prospective Parent tracking, retention statistics and any other data as required
• Contribute effectively to the School’s Marketing Strategy by formulating ideas and attending marketing activities, so that the number of new students increases in relation to the targets set
• Attend all school events
• To develop a positive team atmosphere.
• To keep abreast of the latest marketing strategies from other top schools in Bangkok.
• To maintain close links and regular contact with the professional bodies
• To lead by example in all areas of school life and to be a powerful role model for colleagues as an outstanding practitioner.
• To be aware of and act upon all policies regarding the safeguarding of children
Communication :
• Ensure that incoming enquiry from prospective parents and students are dealt with in line with Admissions Policy
• Oversee that the process of students’ testing and attending ‘Trial is effective
• Oversee that the process of passing student details to the relevant administrative staff and teachers is timely and effective
• Ensure that accurate and appropriate information about fees is passed to finance Office, so that parents can be invoiced accordingly in a timely way
• provision, including the Early Years’ Foundation Stage provision, the English National Curriculum, IGCSE, the IBDP
• Inform Prospective Parents and Students of our Conduct Pledge
• Proudly inform Prospective Parents that we have been selected as the only school in Thailand as a Global member of the Round Square Organisation
• Inform Prospective Parents about the provision offered by Cambridge Academics
• Inform Prospective Parents about the English Unit ELD and IELD provision and any other English Language Acquisition provision
• Promote the Boarding House facilities among Prospective Parents and Agents
• Inform Prospective Parents about the opportunity with round square exchange program
• Oversee the contract and keep good relationship with recruiting agents.
• Promote Baan Rock Garden homes (owned by the school) for our parents.
Reporting:
• Keep management apprised of all prospective parent activity on a daily basis
• Monthly reporting to management, of the data contained in the non-enrolment, Nationalities, New Student record, Cohort numbers, Class and Year Data, Prospective Parent tracking, retention statistics
• Weekly report on number of new enrolment and number of visitors
