As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our nursery students (ages 2-4). You will create engaging learning experiences that support their emotional, social, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate should be patient, creative, and capable of guiding young learners through their first school experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that promote creativity and play-based learning.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and well-being.
Manage the classroom effectively and establish routines that support learning and development.
Collaborate with other staff and teachers to ensure a supportive educational experience.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children, including administering basic first aid when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting.
Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude towards young learners.
Strong communication skills, both with children and parents.
Ability to create fun and engaging lessons through creative and playful methods.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills for managing the dynamic nature of a nursery classroom.
Understanding of early childhood development and milestones.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic first aid training is a plus.
