Word of warning on a dodgy agency

Word of warning on a dodgy agency

Unfortunately, the agency curse in Thailand has struck again. We have had the pain of dealing with a certain agency in Trang. Late payments, lack of contract, trouble getting work permits, and never returning your calls. The usual sneaky behaviour. When confronted, they have 200 excuses (bad health, no money received, too busy to check emails, and best of all, you have the wrong number - uhm, sorry, but when I phoned you on that number today, your phone rang! Hello!!! How can I have the wrong number then?)

Anyway, Trang is a beautiful, amazing city, and all Thais are extremely welcoming and very friendly. They will go out of their way to make everything more comfortable for you. Just a word of warning - be very careful when working through an agency in Trang, they may lure you with friendly words, but they sting like a scorpion.
