needs 3 qualified English-speaking teacher in secondary level at Surawiwat School, Suranaree
University of Technology.

Instructions: English-speaking teacher: Three positions

Applicants are required to create a 15-minute sample teaching demonstration video in
English for Secondary English Language Proficiency (Applicant must create instructional
videos for the subjects that you applied to. Example: If you apply to teach social
studies, you have to create social studies videos.)

The video should be named with the following format: Job Code+First Name-Last Name
(Example: 05670104 Name - Surname)

English-speaking teacher: Three positions

1.Qualifications:

1.1 Graduated with Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.

1.1.1 Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Mathematics Education, or
Technology (e.g, Computer Science, Engineering)

1.1.2 Bachelor's degree in Social Studies (e.g., History, Geography, Political Science)

1.1.3 Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics: Certification in a specific subject area such as English Language Learners (ELL), ESL (English as a Second Language), or a specific language (e.g., French, Spanish)

1.2 Citizenship from an English-speaking country.

1.3 Age 22-45 years old.

1.4 Teaching certificates, e.g. CELTA, TEFL/TESOL, or relevant certifications in a related field.

1.5 Able to work full time at the school.

1.6 Ability to effectively communicate and interact with high school students of varying backgrounds and abilities.

1.7 Demonstrated proficiency in English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading and writing.

1.8 Be healthy and have strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.

1.9 Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.

1.10 Applicants with English proficiency test scores of:
- TOEFL ITP: 600 or higher
- TOEFL IBT: 100 or higher
- IELTS: 7 or higher
- CU-TEP: 90 or higher
- Or equivalent
Will be given special consideration.

2.Duties and Responsibilities:

2.1 Take responsibility for supervising, monitoring, controlling, and ensuring the smooth and complete management of teaching and learning.

2.2 Procure materials and equipment for laboratories, oversee and organize the use of laboratory facilities, learning center rooms, maintenance, and safety in laboratory usage.

2.3 Research and develop teaching and learning in classrooms, improve the quality standards of examinations.

2.4 Supervise and provide project consultation to students.

2.5 Coordinate adjunct faculty within the subject group.

2.6 Plan relevant plans and budgets within the subject group.

2.7 Perform assigned duties as delegated.

2.8 Conduct minimum 18 lessons per week, maintaining a conducive learning environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.

3. Documents required:

3.1 One photocopy of passport and last stamp or ID card.

3.2 One photocopy of your degree certificate and transcript.

3.3 Two photographs (one-inch size) taken in the last six months.

3.4 Other documents (i.e. Change of status, marriage certificate) The salary is 48,000 Baht/Month or negotiable based on candidate's experience.
