Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Contract Duration: Minimum 18 months
Location: Rayong, a scenic 2-hour drive from Bangkok.

Position Overview
Join Belfry International School as an Early Years Teacher, where you'll implement the EYFS curriculum and lead our nurturing environment for students aged 2-5 years old. We are seeking a passionate educator dedicated to inspiring young minds, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning atmosphere, and supporting students' physical well-being in alignment with EYFS principles.

Key Responsibilities
📚 Teach a selection of the following subjects:
Phonics, Mathematics, Nature & Culture, Social Skills, Montessori, PE, Art, Music.

🤝 Support Students' Physical Needs:
Ensure comfort and well-being through attentive care.

🏫 Enhance Classroom Environment:
Continuously improve the classroom setting and daily routines.

🏃‍♀️ Hands-on Learning:
Incorporate play-based, interactive lessons to foster active exploration and engagement.

📞 Parent Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents through weekly updates and serve as the primary point of contact for class-related inquiries.

🎉 Engage in School Activities:
Participate in and lead special activity days throughout the academic year.
Conduct an After-School club once a week for mixed age groups, with support from teaching assistants as needed.

Candidate Profile
🇬🇧 English Proficiency:
Native-level English preferred; non-native speakers must have a TOEIC score of at least 800.

⏰ Work Commitment:
Commitment to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, starting promptly at 8:00 AM.

🕒 Lesson Management:
Ability to manage 30- and 45-minute lessons effectively.

📅 Time Allocation:
Allocate non-teaching hours for lesson follow-ups, planning, and material preparation.

💡 Innovative Teaching:
Initiate and design innovative learning activities, with support and resources provided initially.

❤️ Compassionate and Patient:
Ability to support young children's physical and emotional needs.

👩 Preferred:
Female candidates, as the early years students are very young.
