Position Summary:
The Head of School is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Minder Pathana Suksa School, ensuring the school's academic excellence, operational efficiency, and commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Academic Leadership:
o Oversee the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and instructional programs.
o Ensure the alignment of academic standards with national and international benchmarks.
o Monitor and evaluate student academic performance and progress.
• School Management:
o Develop and implement strategic plans for the school's growth and development.
o Oversee the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
o Ensure the well-being and development of students, both academically and socially.
• Community Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
o Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance the school's educational offerings.
Qualifications:
o Master's degree in education or a related field.
o Native English Speaker
o Age 33-45 years old
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably in a similar setting.
o Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
