One Publique Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Speaking and Debate Coach to join our small but growing education team. The coach will be responsible for teaching public speaking and debate techniques to students of varying ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence, critical thinking, and effective communication. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and mentorship, with experience in competitive debate and a strong understanding of various debate formats, especially the Asian Parliamentary style. Description

Responsibilities
- Teach public speaking and debate classes to individuals and small groups.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced debaters.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ speeches, arguments, and delivery.
- Prepare students for internal and external debate and public speaking competitions and interviews.
- Review and comment on students’ submitted homework.
- Write classroom reports.
- Stay up-to-date with debate formats and trends, ensuring students are competitive.

If you apply for a full-time coach position, the responsibilities listed below will be included in your duties.
- Organize debate events and speaking competitions to enhance students’ practical skills.
- Mentor and inspire students, helping them gain confidence in public speaking.
- Chaperone and supervise students at special events.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop educational content and materials for marketing purposes.
- Assist with curriculum development for public speaking and debate programs.
- Attend and speak at company events, workshops, and meetings as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, English, or a related field from an accredited university
- Classroom management experience.
- Previous experience coaching debate or public speaking, especially in the Asian Parliamentary and World Scholar’s Cup style.
- Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for helping students develop confidence and skills in public speaking.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online teaching platforms is a plus.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to meet the needs of a growing company.
- Excellent or native English levels.
- Track record in awards and distinctions in public speaking and debate activities is a plus (Toastmasters, debate tournaments, MUN, etc.)

Working Hours:
Part-time or full-time.
- For part-time, most teaching slots will be on Saturday and Sunday 9.00-11.00, 13.00-15.00, and 15.30-17.30, and weekdays 16.00-19.00 pm. Flexible hours depending on your availability to teach.
- For full-time, you will work on Saturday-Wednesday 9.00-17.00 hrs.

Benefits (Full-time)
- Working days: 5 days a week (Thursday-Friday off)
- Working hours: 9.00-17.00
- Break: 1 hour per day at 12.00-13.00
- Annual leave: 12 days / year (after probation, cannot be carried over)

Location
One Publique Head Office, located on the 3rd floor of Vanilla Moon on 265 Chan Rd, Thung Wat Don, Sathon, Bangkok 10120. Closest BTS station is Surasak.

Compensation
- Part-time: 600-1000 THB / hour with 200 THB transportation subsidy / day.
- Full-time: We provide work permit and visa. 50,000 THB salary / month
