About Us:KRIS International School is the first and only international school in Prachinburi Province to offer a UK-based curriculum. Currently enrolling children aged 2-4 years, we plan to expand to serve students up to 18 years old. Our curriculum is designed specifically for Thailand, balancing academic rigor with language proficiency. Our students become fluent in three languages—English, Thai, and Chinese—while developing strong academic skills to reach their highest potential. We believe each child is unique, with their own learning styles, interests, and abilities. Through engaging play-based learning, we unlock every child's potential, supporting sustainable development and individuality.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, or a PGCEi or equivalent.
-Experienced educator with a passion for play-based learning methods.
-A team player with a collaborative mindset.
-Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports individual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
EYFS Curriculum & Instruction: Design and deliver lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, focusing on communication, physical, personal, social development, literacy, and mathematics through play-based methods.
Assessment & Observation: Regularly observe and assess children’s progress based on EYFS guidelines, maintaining detailed records and identifying milestones or areas for additional support.
Classroom Environment: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, active participation, and creativity in line with EYFS principles.
Parent/Caregiver Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, offering updates on children’s progress and guidance on home-based learning support.
Behavior Management: Implement positive behavior strategies to maintain a respectful, cooperative, and productive classroom environment.
Special Events & Activities: Organize field trips, celebrations, and themed activities that align with the EYFS curriculum, enhancing children's learning experiences.
Professional Development: Participate in regular training and development to stay updated on the EYFS framework and early years education best practices.
