Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Head Golf Coach or Professional Golf Instructor, with a strong
track record of developing athletes and advancing their performance.
* PGA certification or equivalent professional coaching qualifications.
* Extensive knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and equipment, with a commitment to
staying current with industry trends.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate players of all ages.
* Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to team and program management.

Instruction and Coaching:

* Lead individual and group golf lessons for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced
players.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to each athlete’s
needs, focusing on skill development, technique, and mental resilience.
* Provide ongoing assessment of players’ progress and adjust training regimens as needed
to meet performance goals.

Academy Leadership:

* Oversee and mentor the academy’s team of assistant coaches, ensuring alignment with
our coaching philosophy and standards.
* Collaborate with the academy’s management team to create and enhance training
materials and resources.
* Lead initiatives to attract and retain students, promote a positive learning environment,
and build a strong academy culture.

Program Development:

* Design and oversee special programs, such as junior golf camps, tournament preparation,
and summer training sessions.
* Organize and manage practice schedules, training sessions, and competitive events for
academy members.
* Remain updated with the latest coaching techniques, technologies, and trends to
maintain a progressive coaching approach.

Community Engagement:

* Actively engage with the local golf community to foster relationships and build the
academy’s reputation.
* Attend networking events, tournaments, and workshops to represent the academy and
promote our programs.
* Work with marketing staff to create engaging content and materials for promoting our
academy’s achievements and offerings.
