Overview:
We're expanding a new Kindergarten Start-up following a British curriculum, specializing in nurturing children aged 1-5 years. This school will provide a culturally inclusive, play-based /activity-based learning environment for short-term enrollees from various countries. Our progressive approach involves:
• Initial mixed-age grouping
• Gradual age-based class segmentation as student population grows
• Multicultural learning environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and care for children aged 1-5 years
• Manage classroom activities and educational programs
• Assist in student admissions process
• Provide guided tours and consultations for international parents
• Welcome and support prospective student families
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

Job Requirements:
The candidate must be a qualified & passionate Native English Teacher (ideally Female) who can exceptionally perform as a Professional Homeroom Teacher. They should hold an Educational Degree or any related field, and preferably PGCE/Early Childhood. Many years of teaching experience/or working with young learners would be prioritized.

A Required start date: January 2025
This will enable a smooth and proper training before an opening of school as scheduled.

• Showing outstanding characteristics; energetic, compassionate, resilient, and initiative
• Committing 18-19 months contract (January 2025 - July 2026)
• Excellent communication skills
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality
• Strong administrative and communication abilities

Requirements/Qualifications:
• An accredited Bachelor's degree and preferably a PGCE/Elementary level
• A university qualification is a minimum requirement for applicants under regulations set by the Thai Ministry of Education
• Teaching experience with young/Kindergarten students is a strong recommendation

Base Salary Range: 40,000-60,000 THB
• The offer greatly varies depending on the applicant's qualifications and teaching assignments**
