Job DescriptionThe successful candidate in this role will be responsible for assisting with teacher recruitment, managing scheduling and placement of cover teachers, overseeing the delivery and consistency of curriculum standards within the I Can Read System and collaborating with the Human Resources team including the Academic Manager and senior management on these goals as required.
Duties
• Assisting teacher recruitment (placing job advertisements, contacting potential candidates and responding to applicants.)
• Contacting and arranging schedules for cover teachers on a rotating and urgent basis as necessary.
• Conducting teacher observations (maintaining curriculum standards, providing feedback and constructive criticism, assisting centre staff with teacher and curriculum issues.)
• Reporting to senior management on recruitment progress and staff issues.
• Driving effective communication between teachers, staff and senior management.
• Implementing and updating HR documents and reports relevant to their duties.
• Participating and assisting in developing and conducting Professional Development meetings with teachers.
• Contribute to and promote a friendly, healthy and productive working environment throughout the company.
Position and Contract Details
• Full-time: 5 days per week - 3 weekdays (typically Wednesday to Friday) 10:00 - 19:00 plus Saturday and Sunday 9:00 - 18:00. All positions have two consecutive weekdays off per week.
• Based at our Central Ladprao head office location but occasionally required to commute to other centres for teacher and staff discussions and meetings.
• Monthly salary of THB 25,000 (before tax and deductions).
• Visa and work permit provided.
• Paid holidays and sick leave.

Employee Requirements
• A completed bachelor’s or higher degree.
• A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120 hours minimum).
• Highly proficient or fluent in English. Some spoken proficiency in Thai is an advantage as well and applicants with reading and writing proficiency would be highly regarded.
• Experience working in a HR role or school administration is preferred but not necessary.
