Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable EFL/ESL Elementary School Teachers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to English language learners, focusing on communication, vocabulary, and essential language skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to refine teaching practices and address challenges.
• Participate in school events and team-building activities to build connections within the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance EFL/ESL teaching methodologies.
• Support students’ linguistic and cultural adaptation, nurturing their growth as global citizens.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree desired).
• TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent credentials.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in an EFL/ESL context or international environment.
• Passion for working with young learners and tailoring lessons to suit varying proficiency levels.
• Interest in learning Mandarin or a willingness to adapt to life in a culturally immersive setting.
