Role Overview
As the Kindergarten Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our kindergarten, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment for children, staff, and parents. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners while managing staff, curriculum, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Educational Leadership: Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and learning activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and support staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Child Development: Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic growth of children, addressing behavioral and developmental needs.
• Administrative Duties: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records of children’s progress and attendance.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
• Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and events.
