Native English-Speaking Teacher

Bangkok Christian College (BCC) is seeking native English speakers to teach English. The positions will begin in August 2024. BCC is a private boys’ school located on Sathorn Road, next to Surasak BTS Station.

We have 1 position available for Secondary (Grade 7) English teacher in the Intensive English Program (IEP).
Class sizes are 16 - 20 students with approximately 20-25 contact teaching hours per week.

Requirements for BCC Teachers:
- English teaching positions require a bachelor's degree (in any field).
- CELTA, DELTA, TEFL or TESOL certification
- at least two years of experience working with the specific age group
- original documentation such as diplomas, certificates, transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc.
- eligibility to apply for a Thai teacher’s license
- You must be less than 50 years of age.
- You must be from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, or South Africa.

Working Requirements:
- Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (early finish of 3:15 pm on Fridays)
- Teachers will be required to attend a number of parent meetings and school events on
weekends throughout the year. (Typically this occurs just twice a year).

Benefits:
The school provides a competitive salary starting at approximately 55,000 THB, yearly pay increase, annual end-of-completion bonus, extra pay for additional qualifications, work permit, health insurance, free lunch and approximately 8 weeks of paid holiday per year.
