1. Qualifications for the Position1.1 The applicant must have at least a bachelor's or master's degree, regardless of the field, from a country where English is the primary and official language, specifically from:
• United Kingdom
• United States of America
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand
1.2 Applicants from other countries who have completed a master’s degree in English language studies, English language teaching, or other related fields will also be considered.
1.3 The degree must be recognized by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).
1.4 Applicants with experience in teaching English or holding a TESOL certification will be given special consideration.
