We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in Years 3 to 6, providing a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages student growth, both academically and personally. The role requires a passionate individual who can work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure the educational success and well-being of all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and respect.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with different learning abilities and needs.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of students' academic progress and achievements.
• Support students' emotional and social development, promoting positive behavior and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Establish effective communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Uphold the values and ethos of the school, acting as a positive role model for students.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) is preferred, though newly qualified teachers (NQTs) will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks for Key Stage 2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about fostering a love of learning and ensuring every student’s success.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• High expectations for student behavior, achievement, and personal development.
