Norwich International School is looking for a dedicated and service-minded Admissions Officer to join our Marketing & Admissions team. We are seeking a native Chinese speaker who is also fluent in English and excited to work in a multicultural environment supporting students and families through the admissions process.
Position: Admissions Officer (Chinese-English)
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Chinese-speaking families and guide them through the admissions journey
Respond to inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Translate and interpret between Chinese and English during school events and tours
Support marketing activities aimed at Chinese communities
Assist families in navigating school systems and settling into the school community
Qualifications:
Native Chinese speaker (Mandarin)
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Thai language skills are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Previous experience in a school or customer service role is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail
