Filipino HR and Training Officer

Location: Phasi Charoen, Bangkok

Responsibilities:
-Conduct interviews and demo evaluations for prospective teachers
-Train new teachers and support their professional development
-Observe classes and provide feedback for instructional improvement
-Monitor and record teacher attendance daily
-Communicate with teachers through the official HR Line account
-Provide support and counseling on company policies and procedures
-Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
-Support HR administrative tasks and internal processes
-Collaborate with management on staff performance and improvement strategies

Requirements:

1. A Philippine passport holder

2. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

3. TOEIC score of at least 750

4. At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR, teaching, or training

5. Understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, development, etc.)

6. Proficient in MS Office

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Problem-solving and decision-making ability

10. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

MUST BE IN THAILAND

Job Details
Work location: 61, 23 ถนน พุทธมณฑลสาย 1 Bang Duan, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: 12-month contract

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 THB/month (depending on experience)
