Make a difference with Design for Change

Feel....Imagine....Do....Share

You can change the lives of your students and improve the quality of life in Thailand by spending just a few hours a week organizing a Design for Change contest at your school.

This year, Design for Change reaches 33 countries and over 300,000 schools inspiring hundreds of thousands of children, their teachers and parents, to celebrate the fact change is possible and that they can lead that change!

The largest global movement

Design for Change is the largest global movement created to provide children an opportunity to express their own ideas for a better world, and put those ideas into action through a project based format. Children are tasked to do follow four very simple steps: Feel, Imagine, Do and Share.

The challenge

The Design for Change Team challenges students across the country to complete a project of their own; a project that positively impacts their community in a meaningful way. Projects are to be conducted under the guidance of mentors/teachers. We have designed a host of wonderful resources to assist each group in their mission.

The mission

Our mission is to empower children to create sustainable impact and design a future that is desired by all. Our goal is to sign up as many schools, churches, sports teams, bands and after school programs across the country as possible. We ask you to help us in our mission to make all students realize they are the change makers of tomorrow!

The outcomes

Through Design for Change, children learn how to become holistic, independent and empowered thinkers. They also learn how to work in teams, and the importance of helping their community. As a great service learning project or a simple act of kindness, Design for Change has the power to transform lives at every stage.

If you are interested in bringing Design for Change to your school, then e-mail Bruce, the Design for Change representative for Thailand. There is no cost and Bruce will provide you all the support and advice necessary.
